How this calculator works
The model uses the same yield math we use for in-store costing: one 1 kg pack of powder plus 2.5 L of water makes a 3.5 L mixture, expanded by your machine’s overrun (air-pump 70%, gravity 60%, generic 35%) into sellable servings. From your selling price it deducts powder, packaging, and wastage to get contribution per serving, then subtracts your fixed costs for the month. Capital defaults to the machine price plus about seven selling days of starting stock. All prices are published Kreme City prices as of August 2026, and every figure is an estimate before tax, financing, and depreciation.
