Returns and Exchanges:

We want our customers to be delighted with their purchases. If, for any reason, a customer is not satisfied, they may return or exchange the item/s within three ( 3 )  days of the delivery date. Please note that there must be proof of receipt to verify if the request is within the given period. Items must be returned in original condition, packaging, exact batch code, and expiration date with our stocks. The customer is responsible for any shipping fees associated with the return or exchangeStrictly No Return, No Exchange.

For Defective Returns or Faulty Products (s): We reserve the right to require proof from the customer before we process the exchange items.

Documents to be submitted shall include but are not limited to the Photo of defective or faulty product(s), and invoice. Additionally, returned product(s) must be 100% complete, including the packaging, and manual (if provided originally).

We take the privacy and security of our customers' personal information seriously. We use industry-standard security measures to protect customer data, and we will never share or sell customer information to third parties.
