How to use this list

Send these twelve questions to every supplier you are considering. A supplier who answers all twelve plainly is one you can plan around. A supplier who deflects on price, stock or lead time is one whose problems become your problems during a rush.

We have published our own answers under each question. Where our answer is weak, we have said so rather than skipped the question.

1. Are your prices published, or quote-only?

Us: Published. All 347 products on kremecity.com.ph carry a live price and a working cart. You do not have to message anyone to find out what something costs.

2. What is your minimum order?

Us: No minimum for online orders. Volume pricing is available — ask the branch.

3. Can I see current stock before I commit?

Us: Yes, stock status shows on each product page. Ask this of every supplier — a catalogue that never shows an out-of-stock item is a catalogue that is not telling you the truth.

4. What is your actual lead time, not your best-case lead time?

Us: Same-day delivery within Metro Manila and nearby areas where Lalamove, Grab Express or Borzo serve. Outside Metro Manila we ship via CaPEx, AP Cargo, forwarders or bus shipping, with additional charges shouldered by the client.

5. Which payment methods do you take?

Us: BDO, Security Bank, GCash, Maya and Palawan Express.

6. Do you have a physical branch I can visit?

Us: Two. Caloocan at 244 5th Avenue, East Grace Park, and Las Pinas. Visiting a supplier before a large first order is always worth the trip.

7. Who manufactures what you sell?

Us: Kreme City is the supply arm for TOP Creamery products, alongside other brands we stock. Ask any supplier to distinguish clearly between what they manufacture and what they resell — the answer tells you who controls quality and who is simply passing a box along.

8. What happens when a product arrives damaged or wrong?

Us: Contact support within three days of receiving the order for return or exchange. Get this in writing from any supplier, with the window stated in days.

9. How should each product be stored, and does that match my setup?

Us: Coffee jelly, popping boba, rainbow jelly and egg pudding need chiller storage once opened. Most powders store at room temperature away from direct sunlight. If a supplier cannot answer this per product, they have not thought about your operation.

10. Are there items you do not carry that I will need?

Us — and this is where we fall short: we do not currently stock sealing film, cup sealers, 1kg milk tea powder, or bulk creamer. Our toppings range is also thin right now, with several SKUs out of stock. You will need a second source for those. We would rather you knew that before you ordered than discovered it mid-launch.

11. Do you offer training, or only product?

Us: Barista and product training runs through TOP Creamery, with six courses at published prices between 6,500 and 25,000 pesos. A supplier who will teach you to use the product has a different relationship with your success than one who only ships it.

12. What does this actually cost me per serving?

Us: At entry-level premix around 200 pesos per kilo, 30 percent overrun and a 100ml serving, expect roughly 52 servings per kilo. Watch cone cost — bulk packs land near 0.62 pesos per cone against about 3.33 pesos for small retail packs, a difference worth several thousand pesos a month at modest volume. Our ROI calculator runs the full arithmetic.

Prices quoted are those listed on kremecity.com.ph as of August 2026 and are reviewed quarterly. Confirm current pricing before ordering.

The short version

Published prices, honest stock status, a stated returns window, a real address, and a straight answer about what they do not carry. Five things. Most suppliers manage two or three.
