Ice Cream Powder Prices in the Philippines (Checked September 2026)
Soft serve ice cream powder starts at ₱195 per kilo on kremecity.com.ph — the Kreme City Ube premix, in stock as of this check. The mid shelf runs ₱310 to ₱350 (TOP Creamery Topmix), the premium shelf ₱355 to ₱470 (TOP Creamery Supreme), and specialty powders go higher: gelato ₱435 to ₱555, frozen yogurt base ₱610, fried ice cream ₱375 to ₱425. In serving terms: at 30% overrun, one kilo of powder, mixed and frozen, yields roughly 52 servings of 100 ml, so the entry premix costs about ₱4 of powder per serving. The usual first search, Kreme City Vanilla, is ₱210 per kilo.
Prices checked: September 2026. Every figure on this page is a published price from the live kremecity.com.ph catalog, including which items were out of stock on the day we checked — because a price you cannot actually buy at is not a price.
Why most powder price lists are useless
Search this question and you will mostly find marketplace listings with no date, no stock status, and resellers quoting each other’s screenshots. A price from 2023, or a price for a pack that has been out of stock for a month, does not help you cost a menu.
This page is different in three specific ways: every price below is the live published price of a real product page, every row carries its stock status on the day of checking, and the whole table is re-verified on a schedule. What this page does not do is quote brands we do not stock — you will not find inJoy or other third-party brand prices here, because we will not publish numbers we cannot stand behind.
The complete price list, line by line
Four soft serve lines plus three specialty formats are sold on the site. All packs are 1 kilo unless stated. Stock status is as of September 2026 and changes — the product page always shows the live status.
Entry tier: Kreme City premix, ₱195 to ₱245 per kilo
The house line, and the ₱195 floor of the whole premix catalog: a complete premix — just add water at the pack ratio and pour into the machine.

One more entry-tier line exists on paper: the TOP Creamery Summer series at ₱200 per kilo (Buko Pandan, Cheese, Mango, Strawberry, Ube). We flag it honestly: all five Summer flavors were out of stock when we checked in September 2026. If a ₱200 TOP Creamery premix is what you want, ask the branch when the next stock lands rather than planning a menu around it.

What a kilo actually costs per serving
The per-kilo price is not the number that decides your menu — the per-serving cost is. Here is the math, the same worked example used across this site: a soft serve premix at roughly ₱200 per kilo, mixed at the pack ratio and frozen at 30% overrun (the air whipped in by the machine), yields about 52 servings of 100 ml per kilo of powder. That puts the powder cost of one serving at ₱195 ÷ 52 ≈ ₱3.75 — call it ₱4.
Run every tier through that same lens and the shelf makes sense:
| Tier | Price per kilo | Powder cost per 100 ml serving |
|---|---|---|
| Kreme City entry (Ube) | ₱195 | ≈ ₱3.75 |
| Kreme City Vanilla | ₱210 | ≈ ₱4.04 |
| Topmix (Mango/Ube) | ₱310 | ≈ ₱5.96 |
| Topmix top end (Mocha) | ₱350 | ≈ ₱6.73 |
| Supreme Vanilla | ₱440 | ≈ ₱8.46 |
| Supreme top end | ₱470 | ≈ ₱9.04 |
| Gelato Matcha | ₱555 | ≈ ₱10.67 |
| Frozen Yogurt Base | ₱610 | ≈ ₱11.73 |
Two honest caveats. First, the gelato and froyo rows use the same 30%/100 ml lens purely for comparison — gelato is traditionally served denser, so real yields differ; follow the pack. Second, powder is only one input: cones, cups, toppings, electricity and the machine all sit on top of that ₱4. Selling at ₱65 a serving, even the ₱9 Supreme powder leaves room — but check it against your own volume with the ice cream ROI calculator rather than taking any one number on faith.
What actually moves the per-kilo price
- The line, more than anything. The same vanilla concept costs ₱210 (Kreme City), ₱315 (Topmix), ₱440 (Supreme) and ₱450 (gelato). You are paying for the base formulation — milk solids, fat content, flavor load — not the name on the bag.
- The flavor, within every line. Chocolate and matcha sit at the top of their lines consistently: Ube ₱195 vs Chocolate ₱245 in Kreme City, Mango ₱310 vs Mocha ₱350 in Topmix, Gelato Mango ₱435 vs Gelato Matcha ₱555. If you are flexible on the flagship flavor, the fruit flavors are where the entry prices live.
- The format. Soft serve premix is the baseline; gelato, frozen yogurt and fried ice cream powders are specialty formulations and price accordingly.
- Pack size — and here is a gap we should admit. Everything above is published in 1 kg packs only. There is no bulk-sack price on the website; volume and wholesale pricing is quoted at the branch. If you will burn several kilos a day, get a written branch quote before you build your costing on the retail per-kilo price.
Where to buy at these prices
Two ways, both at the published prices above — there is no separate “online price.”
Online, no minimum order. Every product page shows the live price and stock. Orders placed by the 4:30 PM cutoff dispatch same day; within Metro Manila and nearby areas you can book same-day courier delivery (Lalamove, Grab Express or Borzo — you book the courier), and provincial orders ship via CaPEx, AP Cargo, trucking, bus or drop-off with charges on the buyer. Payments: BDO, Security Bank, GCash, Maya, Palawan Express. Start at the shop.
At a branch, where you can see the stock before you commit. Both branches are open Monday to Saturday from 8 AM — Caloocan (Grace Park) closes at 6 PM, Las Piñas (Talon Singko) at 5 PM; both are closed Sunday. If you are comparing suppliers, bring the 12 questions worth asking any supplier — including us — and check the stock and the expiry dates with your own eyes.
Before you commit
A powder price is the easiest number to find and the least sufficient one to decide on. Before you order kilos of anything: confirm the flavor you want is actually in stock that day (eleven of the fifty-four items in the tables above were not, and we would rather tell you that than hide it); run your own daily-volume numbers through the soft serve profit calculator; and if you are still choosing the machine and the rest of the setup, read the full package costing and the machine buying guide first — at real volume, the premix tier you pick changes your per-serving cost more than most machine decisions do.
Frequently asked questions
How much is soft ice cream powder in the Philippines?
As of September 2026, soft serve ice cream powder listed on kremecity.com.ph runs from ₱195 per kilo (Kreme City Ube premix) to ₱470 per kilo (TOP Creamery Supreme line). Most entry-tier flavors sit between ₱195 and ₱245, and the Topmix mid tier between ₱310 and ₱350. Prices are reviewed regularly; confirm the live listing before ordering.
What is the ice cream powder price in the Philippines?
Across every powder type sold on kremecity.com.ph in September 2026: soft serve premix ₱195 to ₱470 per kilo, gelato powder ₱435 to ₱555, fried ice cream powder ₱375 to ₱425, and frozen yogurt base ₱610. All packs are 1 kilo; volume pricing is quoted at the branch.
What are the advantages of ice cream powder premix over liquid premix?
Powder premix keeps for months at room temperature, so you carry no cold chain and lose less to spoilage. It is lighter and cheaper to ship, you mix only what the day needs, and a complete premix already contains the milk solids, sugar and stabilizer in ratio. Liquid premix saves mixing time but must stay chilled from factory to machine.
How do you prepare premix ice cream powder?
Dissolve the powder in clean drinking water at the exact ratio printed on the pack, whisk or blend until fully dissolved, chill the mix, then pour it into the soft serve machine and run the freeze cycle. Ratios differ between brands and lines, so always follow the pack instructions for the specific premix you bought.
What is the water ratio for soft serve ice cream powder?
There is no single ratio. Each brand and line prints its own powder-to-water ratio on the pack, and the lines on this page do differ. Using the wrong ratio is one of the most common causes of soft serve that will not freeze or that dispenses runny, so follow the printed ratio for your exact premix and measure with a scale, not by eye.
Prices quoted are those listed on kremecity.com.ph as of September 2026, including stock status on the day of checking, and are re-verified monthly during this period. Prices and availability change; confirm the live product page or ask for a written quotation before ordering.
