What you can verify before spending a peso
The biggest cost in choosing a supplier is not the price per kilo — it is uncertainty. What you can check up front:
- Published prices with a check date. Every product in the store shows its current price; every price on this page carries its check date.
- Honest stock flags. On the day we checked, 289 of 347 listed products were marked in stock; the rest display as out of stock instead of quietly disappearing.
- Per-serving math you can run yourself. A kilo of entry premix at roughly ₱200 (our Ube is ₱195, Vanilla ₱210), run at 30% overrun in 100 ml servings, yields about 52 servings — roughly ₱4 of powder per serving. - A physical branch. Both branches take walk-ins six days a week — hold the cone box and read the labels before paying.
The common alternatives — quote-only distributors and marketplace cards — give you none of the four, and no counter to walk up to when a bulk order goes wrong.

Two honest gaps. First, we are an ingredients-and-consumables supplier, not a machine dealer — the store lists a single soft serve machine, not always in stock. Second, milk tea powders are currently published in 500g packs only; bulk pricing is a branch conversation.
Why we stock more than one brand of the same powder
A single-brand distributor recommends its brand every time — it has nothing else to sell you. We stock three premix tiers because different businesses need different math. The Kreme City house line (₱195–245/kg) is built for price-point selling — a school-front cart lives or dies on that ₱4 powder cost. TOP Creamery’s Topmix (₱310–350/kg) and Supreme (₱355–470/kg) lines carry a heavier dairy load for cafés charging ₱65 and up, where richness is what the customer pays for. Ask which to buy and the honest answer starts with your selling price, not our margin.
What we do not carry: no inJoy, no Chef’s Best. If your shortlist includes them, take the same twelve questions to both counters and compare answers.
Who we supply

Cafés and dessert shops adding a line. An add-on soft serve or milk tea menu is mostly a premix-tier decision plus one machine decision; start with the per-serving math above, then portion a no-minimum trial order.
Resellers and online sellers. Cones by the 500-piece box, pearls by the kilo, cups by the sleeve — plus packaging tape and waybill sticker rolls from the Wrap & Ship line.
Events and short-notice buyers. Orders confirmed before the 4:30 PM cutoff can dispatch same day within Metro Manila — details below.
How supply actually works here
- Online orders have no minimum. One bag of powder at the posted price is a real order — test a flavor before you commit to a case.
- Volume and wholesale are priced by branch quote. There is no public wholesale price list; send your item list to a branch and you get a written quotation. We would rather admit that than print a “wholesale” number nobody actually pays.
- Same-day dispatch, 4:30 PM cutoff. Within Metro Manila and nearby areas via Lalamove, Grab Express or Borzo. You book the courier, so the route and fee stay under your control instead of hiding inside a padded price.
- Nationwide options. CaPEx, AP Cargo, trucking, bus cargo, or drop-off to your forwarder. Shipping charges are on the buyer.
- Payments. BDO, Security Bank, GCash, Maya, Palawan Express.
What we do not promise: free delivery, or guaranteed stock on any afternoon. Fast movers run out — message the branch before traveling for one item.

How to judge any supplier — including us
We published 12 questions to ask any ice cream or milk tea supplier, written to be usable against us too. The three that matter most:
- Are your prices published, or quote-only? A supplier who hides prices is reserving the right to change them per customer.
- Can I see current stock before I commit? If the answer is a chat screenshot instead of a shelf or a live stock flag, plan for delays.
- What does this actually cost me per serving? A supplier who cannot walk you from price per kilo to cost per serving is selling powder, not helping you run a business.
Ask all twelve everywhere you shop. If we lose that comparison, we deserved to.

Three kinds exist: manufacturers who sell their own brand, marketplace sellers who list assorted repacked stock, and multi-brand retail suppliers like Kreme City with branches you can visit. Who supplies wholesale ice cream products in the Philippines?
Wholesale ice cream supply in the Philippines is mostly quote-based. At Kreme City, retail prices are published online with no minimum order, and volume or wholesale pricing is quoted per order by the Caloocan or Las Piñas branch: send your item list and quantities for a written quotation before paying anything.
What supplier do I need for a milk tea business?
A milk tea business buys from four supply categories: flavor powders, tapioca pearls and sinkers, cups with sealing film and straws, and syrups or sweeteners. Covering all four through one supplier saves trips and delivery fees. What ingredients does an ice cream business buy from a supplier?
The recurring basket is premix or powder base, cones, cups and spoons, toppings, and syrups or fudges. September 2026 examples at Kreme City: premix from 195 pesos per kilo, sugar cones from 40 pesos per dozen, chocolate chips at 160 pesos per 500g, ube syrup at 155 pesos per kilo. Premix is the biggest recurring line, so cost it per serving, not per kilo.
Do you supply small businesses with a low minimum order?
Yes. Online orders at Kreme City have no minimum — a single bag of powder at the posted price is a valid order, so a small stall can test a flavor first. Walk-in retail works the same way at both branches. Larger recurring orders move to a branch-quoted price.
Is there an ice cream supplier in Manila or Metro Manila?
Kreme City operates two Metro Manila branches: Grace Park East in Caloocan for the north, and Talon Singko in Las Piñas for the south. Both open Monday to Saturday from 8 AM and accept walk-ins. Orders confirmed before the 4:30 PM cutoff can dispatch same day within Metro Manila via courier booked by the buyer.
Do ice cream and milk tea suppliers deliver nationwide?
Powders, cones and dry goods ship nationwide from Kreme City via CaPEx, AP Cargo, trucking, bus cargo, or drop-off to your chosen forwarder, with shipping charges on the buyer. Within Metro Manila, same-day courier delivery is available with a 4:30 PM cutoff. Chilled items are a different problem — ask the branch before ordering those for provincial delivery.
